REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. (Special to Tarea.) - ' AUCKLAND, June 16. Weather.was dull and cloudy at Auckland to-day. ’ Wind, light, i south-west. Barometer steady, 30.20 in. : ‘ WELLINGTON, June 10. After an early morning of bright sunshine the weather to-day became 1 very unsettled. A cold southerly sprang up and there were heavy showers. • Later, the wind dropped, and. the . temperature ■this evening was mild. The showers have ceased. . , CHRISTCHURCH, Juno Ifi! ■ The weather , to-day was fine, with more cloud- than sunshine following •nearly 11 degrees of frost The wind was light, but cold, from east-north-east." The maximum temperature was 49 de-, grees. The barometer has been falling steadily all day, and now reads 20.89.
