A NEW DEVELOPMENT. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 10. After attending the international film convention in New York Mr 11, c. MHntyro, of Sydney, says that there is a definite trend towards more elaborate films, costing £IOO,OOO .to £:j00,000 each. There is also a growing demand for colour photography. The new screen in vention known as the wide film will not be introduced for at least a year.
