RUSSIAN TRAINS COLLIDE. NUMBER OF PEOPLE KILLED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MOSCOW, May 21. Brief details are filtering through of a terrible collision between a passenger train and a goods train at Tchorni, on the Moscow-Kazan railway. Twentyeight people were killed and 29 injured. Various employees have been arrested.
