PLANE DIVES INTO SEA

CAUGHT IN A STORM. TWO MEXICAN PILOTS KILLED, (United Press Association.) ' (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MEXICO CITY, May 11. (Received May 12, at 8 p.m.) Colonel Pablo Sidar and his co-pilot, Lieutenant Revi Rosa, were killed in attempting a non-stop flight from Cerroloeo, Mexico, to Buenos Aires. The aviators were attempting to land at Port Limon, Costa Rica, on account of a storm, but the great silver and gold monoplane which they were flying dived into the shallow sea three miles away. Sidar jumped, but was killed. It is learned, that they were attempting to better Captain Coste’s non-stop record. Sidar’s mechanic, despite strenuous objections, was' left behind, to save weight and thus escaped the disaster. Mexico City is in mourning over the fate of the popular air hero.
