NEW YORK, May 7. - (Received May 7, at 8.15 p.m.) A later, .message from Dallas, Texas, states that approximately 63 persona were killed in the tornados, which were accompanied by heavy rain arid hailstorms. The entire , State experienced great windstorms ■ and the whole business of the town of Frost was destroyed. Communication has been interrupted.
