CHINESE BOY SCOUTS
RIOT AT GRAND RALLY. INFLUENCE OF COMMUNISTS. (United Press Association.) • (By Blectrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, April 23. Resulting from a dispute concerning the distribution of prizes at a grand rally of Scouts from all the provinces, the lads from Tsinan and Hupeh, numbering 300, rioted at Nanking, The riot was not quelled until the police got between the contending parties. Thirty were injured, and three died in hospital. Communist influence is believed to be responsible for the outbreak.
