CHRISTCHURCH, April 24, In the women’s golf tourney to-day the first round and the semi-finals for the Canterbury championship were played: — First Round. Miss O. Kay beat Aliss CracroftWilson, 4 and 3. . Mrs A. Russell heat Miss D. Chrystell, 6 and 5. „ ~ Mrs Dodgshun beat Miss B. Gould, Miss White Parsons boat Miss V, M'Clure, 1 up. Semi-Final. Miss White Parsons beat Mrs Dodgshun, 4 and 3. Miss Kay heat Mrs Russell, 1 up at the nineteenth. ST. CLAIR CLUB. The first round of the St. Clair Club . championship will be played to-day. The draw is as follows; — Wight v. Templeton, Chapman v, Bennie v. Forbes, Drake, v. Walker, Clayton v. Clelland, Gamble v. Duthie, M'Carthy v. Secular, Matheson v. Cuthbertson. Junior Cup.—Drake v.
