COCOS ISLAND
SEARCH FOR PIRATE GOLD. ANOTHER EXPEDITION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 1. (Received April 2, at 8 p.m.) Captain Malcolm Campbell, the racing motorist, is setting out on an expedition to hunt in Cocos Island for pirate gold and jewels, which he believes are worth £12,000,000. “ This is the second attempt, hut the expedition is _ better equipped, and lias certain definite information which' justifies faith. A specially constructed yacht will carry electrical apparatus for locating gold.”
