CONFERENCE PROCEEDING. THE TERRITORY QUIET. (Special to Press Association.) (By Radio.) APIA, March 5. (Received March 6, at 5.5 p.m.) The conference between the Administrator (Mr S. S. Allen), Mr J. G. Cobbe (Minister of Defence), and the Man is proceeding. It met yesterday and this morning, and will meet again this afternoon. Beyond the conversational stage nothing of importance has transpired. The territory is quiet. There are largo bodies of the Mau in Apia and the surrounding districts.
