TWENTY-SIX ON TRIAL. HELPED TO SUPPRESS REVOLT. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MOSCOW, February 26. (Received Feb. 27, at 11 p.m.) ' Twenty-six Russian. Monarchists, who w ere once Ozanst police officers, are on trial at being accused of having aided in the suppression of the revolutionary rising in 1905 and causing the arrest of M. Bubnov, the present Commissar of Education, and M. Frunze ■late Commissar of War. They are also charged with failing to prevent the lynching of a woman revolutionary who" carried ammunition to workers at Shubin. The public prosecutor was especially chosen because he participated- in ' the revolt. T
