POLICE FORBID PARADES. DEMONSTRATIONS POSTPONED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) VANCOUVER, February 26. Communist demonstrations to-day in Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal, called allegedly at the orders of the International at Moscow to expose “ the inefficiency of the capitalistic order” through the Communist Party of Canada, were postponed until March C. Meetings were held in each centre, but parades, which were forbidden by the police, were not attempted.
