LADIES’ TOURNAMENT,

RINK FLAY. The Ladies' Rowling Tournament was continued on the Mornington, Caversham, and North-East Valley greens yesterday in rather unsettled weather, though it kept fine long enough to enable good progress to be made. On the Mornington green, Mrs Adess and her rink had the best of the game to decide the green winner, in the earlier stages, and at the seventh head was 23 to Mrs Weaver’s 15. After that Mrs Weaver began to come up, and a four at the twenty-first end brought her score up to 20. The rinks skipped by these two ladies had five wins, in each section, to- their credit, and the sectional decision was watched with ’ntevest. The sentional tie was won, after a great game, by Mrs Alexander, with Mrs M'Namara, Mrs Falck then met Mrs Alexander, and was defeated by 24 to 13 Mrs Alexander’s rink established a strong lead in the earlier stages of the game, and' ultimately came out the winner. ’ Mrs Faick retired at the twentieth end.
