DUE IN LONDON NEXT MONTH. TREATY NEGOTIATIONS. (British Official ‘Wireless.) (United Press Association.) . i (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright;) RUGBY, February 24. It is announced that an Egyptian delegation, headed by the Egyptian Prime Minister (Nahas Pasha), is, by agreement with the British Government, coming to London during the last week in March to negotiate on the proposals made by the Foreign Secretary (Mr Arthur Henderson), and, to conclude an Anglo-Egyptian agreement. It is understood that Sir Percy Loraine (British High Commissioner for Egypt and the Sudan) has been asked to be present in London during the negotiations. He will leave for England about the middle of Smirch. ,
