A TRADE AGREEMENT. NEGOTIATIONS IN PROGRESS. - (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, February 24. ’ (Received Feb. 25, at 5.5 p.m.) ,In response to a question in the House of Commons, the Foreign Secretary (Mr Arthur Henderson) said that negotiations were in progress for a trade agreement with the Soviet Government, from which it was hoped a further increase of trade with the Soviet Union would result. Trade with the Soviet Union had already been increased to a considerable extent.'
