While the Archbishop, of New Zealand, the Right Rev. W. A. iAverill, is abroad t° r - the Lambeth Conference and a tour kreat Britain and the Continent, the office of acting primate will be held by the Bishop of Wellington. (Dr T.' H.‘ Sprott). The archbishop will sail from Auckland on March 11, and he expects to be back in New Zealand towards the end of the year. The Bishop of Nelson (Dr W. G. Sadlier). the Bishop of Wai? kato (Rt. Rev. C. A. Cherrington). and the Bishop of Melanesia (Rt. Rev. F. A,' Molyneux) are now on their way to England, and the Archbishop of New Zealand (Dr A. W. Averill) and the Bishop of* Christchurch (Dr Campbell West-Wat-son) will leave for Home next month. The movements of the Bishop of Polynesia (Rt. Rev. L. S. Kempthorne), who intends to attend f the conference, are somewhat indefinite.
