ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE OF REVOLVER. (Special to Daily Times.) WELLINGTON, t'cinuavy 21. The Prime Alinister (Sir Joseph Ward) announced to-day with regret the receipt of an intimation from the Administrator of Western Samoa (Mr S. S. Allen) of the accidental death of a Samoan native. “ From the information available,’’ said the Prime Alinister, “it is understood that the fatality occurred as the’ result of one of the seamen from H.M.S. Dunedin falling over a root and causing the accidental discharge of his revolver.” The Prime Minister stated chat any further details would be made public when they were received.
