PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Waihemo County Council held on Satur-. day, February 15, 1930. the following RESOLUTION ’ was passed:—'“ In pursuance and exercise of the powers .vested in it in that behalf hy t <, Qie Local Loan Act, 1913,’ and any other Statute thereby enabling it, the Waihemo County Council doth Hereby Resolve by way of ■Special Order, as follows: —‘That for the purpose of erecting, a Bridge across the Shag River on the Switchback' road, the Waihemo County Council do Hereby RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN of £SOO. to be called the Switchback Bridge Loan, such Loan to have g currency of Thirty Years, 1 and to bear interest at Six Pounds per centum per annum, with a Sinking Fund of Three ‘Pounds per centum per annum, and the Waihemo County Council as a Security for the Repayment of the said Loan.
