(Peb United Pbess Association.) ■ INVERCARGILL, February 21, Leary, telegraph, messenger, aged 16 years, experienced a . remarkable escape from serious injury to-day. He was riding a. bicycle, and had a pea-rifle slung over his back. It was accidentally discharged, the bullet entering the upper portion of Leary’s right arm. The bullet was removed later at the hospital.
