(Per United Press Association.) FEILDING, February 14. Eandall James Ferguson, who recently escaped from the Wereroa State Farm, was arrested to-day and charged with the theft of a horse, and with other crimes. He was remanded to appear before the magistrate next week. Sergeant Cahill informed the court that Ferguson, who is 17 years old, had made a statement to the police that he had escaped trom the State farm, stolen clothes, food, etc., arid had secured rides in cars to Wellington and back.
