RUSSIAN MATCHES
DUMPING DUTY IN AUSTRALIA. i (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) CANBERRA, February 14. The Minister of Trade and Customs announces that a dumping duty is to be imposed on matches made in Russia. It will be retrospective to July 12 of last year.
