RESUMPTION OF SESSION. A VERY FULL PROGRAMME. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (Bj Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY,. January 20. . Both Houses of Parliament will tomorrow resume the work of the session which was opened last July, There is a very full programme before the House of Commons, comprising .10 important measures, which are either before the House or are promised for this session. ■ln view of the Prime Minister’s pre* occupation with the Naval Conference, it is understood that the Opposition parties may waive for the time being their right to a general debate on the achievements of the Government, which was promised when the Address to the Throne was debated at the opening of the session, but they will claim the right to use the days that were to bo set aside for that purpose should occasion arise. Mr Philip Snowden will lead the House of Commons in the absence of the Prime Minister. He is due hack from The Hague Conference to-morrow morning, and will immediately take up his parliamentary duties.
