RESTRICTION OF OUTPUT. SINGAPORE DREDGES STOPPED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SINGAPORE, January 20. Sixty-nine dredges out of a total of 105 stopped tin winning at the last week-end, including the important Aus-tral-Alalay group. This is 20 more than last week, including the largest producers of tin.
