(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, December 10. (Received Dec, 19, at 5.5 p.m.) Inquiries by detectives resulted in the arrest of five men for an alleged business fraud involving £60,000. The firm with which the men are connected came into existence some months ago, trading on the 90-day bill system and buying huge quantities of merchandise from warehouses and selling at ridiculously low prices to retailers.
