BULGARIAN MINISTERS
VISIT TO LONDON,
WILL MEET PRIME MINISTER.

(Received Dec. 10, at 5.6 p.m.) The Bulgarian Foreign Minister and the Finance Minister (Messrs Bouroff and Molloff), who have coma to London after visiting Rome and Paris to discuss the final settlement of Bulgarian relations, were to-day received by the Foreign Secretary (Mr Arthur Henderson) and the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr Philip Snowden), and will see the Prime Minister on Friday, In to-day’s interviews the Ministers expressed a desire that agreement should be reached in principle regarding the Bulgarian part in the liabilities before the forthcoming reassembly of The Hague Conference. They were assured that the British Government would desire this, and were anxious that a settlement favourable to Bulgaria and acceptable to all the other Powers concerned should be reached.
