REPORT OF COMMITTEE. CONFERENCE TO BE HELD, (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) , RUGBY, December 4. (Received Dec. 5, at 5.5 p.m.) The report of the committee on the load lines of merchant ships has been received by the Board of Trade, and in accordance with its recommendations it is proposed to summon as soon as possible an international conference with the. object of getting an international agreement on the subject.
