HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.

“JOURNEY'S END.” “ journey’s End,’’ -which is being presented at His Majesty’s Theatre, was witnessed by another very large audience last night. The play has made such a lasting impression and its fame is so widely known, that its success is. assured wherever it is shown. Last night's audience showed its appreciation and enthusiasm in no stinted manner, which again proved that all that has been said in favour of the play has been fully deserved. “ Journey’s End ’’ is one of ,the most remarkable plays produced in ' recent years. It leaves a striking impression among the audience. The play is unusual owing to -the fact that the cast is composed , entirely of male players, and the scene is the same from beginning to end. The play is based on ah incident .in the Great War. There are some difficult parte i n the play, hut these are filled by very capable actors. There is no plot, hut there is an interesting climax. Last night’s audience inrlndej a big muster of returned soldiers, and a munber of soldiers from Montecillo •Home attended as the guests of the management.
