POSSIBILITY OF APPOINTMENT, (Per United Press Association.) HAMILTON, December 4. The.' Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr J, G. Cobbe) informed an interviewer at Hamilton to-day that he was considering the possibility of appointing a trade agent on the Pacific coast of the United States. He had been discussing the matter with visiting American tourists.
