LONDON, November 28, (Received Dee. 1, at 5.5 p.m.) The Conservative whips are annoved at the laxity of attendance of the rani; and iilo of the party, and they point out uiat they missed a rajc opportunity on Ihnrsday night to defeat the Govcniincnt Pensions Bill amendment. Only out of 200 Conservatives were present in the House, otherwise the Government would easily have been defeated because 54 Liberals voted solidly against
