Unjess they receive express notice in writing to the contrary, brokers shall be held to have authority to sell at any such altered fixtures notwithstanding that the grower or vendor has received no notice of such alteration. OFFERINGS: Growers arc notified that wool is received for sale subject lo all lawful regulations and conditions governing the trade. LIMITATION OF LOTS: Owing to limitation of lots at the above sales, it will be necessary to increase number of bales per lot, necessitating increased' interlotting or binning, of small clips. THREE-BALE LOTS; No three-bale lot shall be included in main catalogues. In the absence of definite instructions to the contrary at the time of consigning wool, brokers reserve the right to group three-bale lots or under, or reclass if necessary. If not grouped or reclassed, •uch lots are liable to be held over. RECLASSED WOOL; Brokers also reserve the right to pool or bin clips where wool is sent in by growers to be reclamed. No reserve will be accepted on group or bin lots, and any grower not wishing his odd bales grouped or binned must notify his broker when forwarding his wool, in which case such bales will be offered ns “ Stars." SMALL CLIPS: Brokers reserve the right in the absence of special instructions to bin or group all small clips lorwarded to them for sale. INSURANCE; Growers are expressly notified that brokers’ charges cover loss or damage to wool while in store aanin :t ordinary fire only, and do not include damage resulting from earthquake shock, nor fire ns a result of earthquake shock, riot, civil commotion, hostilities, military or usurped power, or any act of God. If these risks are to be covered special notification in writing must be given.
