In the House of Commons the UnderSecretary for Colonies (Mr W. Lunn) was asked whether a/ draft agreement with Mr .Novamesky for the Dead Sea concessions, whose aims were given in a White Paper issued three days before the dissolution of the lata Parliament, had now been ratified. Mr Lunn replied that a preliminary agreement was signed on October 22. • The final draft of the concession was now under consideration.
