ANNUAL SHOW. For the annual show of the Taieri Agricultural Society to be held at Outram on Saturday record entries have been received. The following table shows the figures for last year and this year:— 1028. 1920. Dairy cattle .. .. 108 160 Fat cattle 14 21 Draught horses .. 08 63 . Light horses .... 44 41 Ponies 34 34 Sheep 7.6 "5 Dogs 10 15 Dairy produce .... 17 17 Open class cookery.. 164 172 Amateur cookery .. 81 133 Cured meats .... 4 5 Other exhibits .... 620 41 It will be noticed that there is a big increase in cattle classes, making this section one of the largest at any show for miles around. The train servive from Dunedin is very suitable.
