Heihwehr,. otherwise the Fascists, and the Schutzbund, otherwise the Socialists, which has given rise to reports of an. impending revolution. The Coalition parties asked the Vienna police chief (Herr-Schoeber) to form a Cabinet, and he has agreed provided-he continues as police chief. Herr Schoeber is expected, to deal firmly with- , the .Heimwehr’a- threat to march on Vienna on September 29, against. which.! the , entire. Schutzbund has been ordered to mobilise. Both the Heimwehr and the Schutzbund are armed and organised on military.-lines, Previous disarming efforts failed.— United Service. CHAMBER APPROVES CABINET. NO FASCISTS INCLUDED. VIENNA, September 26. (Received Sept. 27, at 9 p.m.) Schoeber has formed a Cabinet which largely reflects his own non-party outlook. The Chamber approved of the new Ministry ,by 84 votes to 69, the Socialists voting with the minority. The Ministry does not include a single leader of the Heimwehr, and this is interpreted as indicating that Herr Schoeber is confident of his ability to control the Fascist organisation,—Australian Press Association, FASCISTS AND SOCIALSTS. ' THREATENED CLASH AVERTED. VIENNA, September 27.
