Wireless photography and wireless telephony were employed in n remarkable consultation between doctors in Berlin and Buenos Aires. Dr Pavia, an Argentinian, who is at present in Berlin, had the photograph of a patient’s eye wirelessed to Professor Castes, a Buenos Aires specialist, to whom was telephoned an account of the symptoms. The photograph was received clearly, and Dr Castex diagnosed the disease as fatal. The patient is not aware that a specialist 8000 miles away read his death warrant.—Australian Press Association.
