The New Plymouth Boys’ High School defeated Te Ante College by three points (a penalty goal) to nil. in a most thrilling match of tho year. Though the ground was rendered muddy by the rain, the handling of the ball was excellent. School was undoubtedly the superior side, but the margin was not very wide. School has also defeated Wanganui Technical College and the Wanganui Collegiate this season. CANTERBURY TOURING TEAM. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 18. (Per United Press Association.) PAEROA, August 17. At Paeroa to-day the Waikato and Thames Volley representatives met iu a fast and open game, which resulted in a win for Waikato by the narrow margin of one point, the scores being Waikato 12 points, Thames Valley 11. For Waikato, Bayly, Kamp, Cameron, and Story secured unconverted tries, and for Thames Valley, M'Ncil scored a try, "hick Rackham converted, and Price scored an unconverted try. Eackham kicked a penalty goal. AUCKLAND B v. SOUTH AUCKLAND. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 17. The Auckland Rugby B team defeated South Auckland by 18 points to 11.
