She will answer her name, and is being brought up exactly as if she were a dog. She sleeps and plays with her puppy The authorities, are, watching this experiment with interest, and wonder if Norah will retain the traits of the dog or the wolf. The Germans have devised an effective method of. dealing - with' litter scatterers. Anyone who throws away paper or orange peel, or any. other form of litter, ia pounced upon by a vigilant policeman who requests him .to pick it up-and' place it in one of the. many receptacles for the purpose.
