PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following RESOLUTION, intended to operate as a Special Order, was Passed at a Special Meeting of the St. Kilda Borough Council held in the Council Chambers on Monday, the 19th day of July. 1929: “The St. Kilda Borough Council, m exercise of the power vested in it bisection 22 of ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1920.’ and of every, if any, other power in that behalf, hereby, by was of Special Order, decides until the further resolution of the Council, to Pay the Interest and Sinking Fund on the Antecedent Liability Redemption Loan of Fivo Thousand Nine Hundred Pounds (£5900) out of its General Fund."
