UNION STREET EX-PUPILS.

ANNUAL MEETING. The first annual meeting of the Union 'Street School Ex-pupils’ Association was held in the Training College last evening. There was a good attendance, over which the president (Mr John H. Stewart) presided. »- Several apologies for absence were received. - r The president formally moved the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, which was carried.. • V The election' ofdffice-hearers-for the ensuing year resulted as’ 1 follows:—President, Mr H. C. Jones; vice-presidents— Mrs' Lawson, Messrs W. J. Strong, R, M'Skimming, , and Peter Aitken; secretary, Mr' Thomas Jenkins; treasurer, Mr F. Megget; auditor, Mr, R. Duthie; committee—Miss Allan, Miss M'Millan Mrs Forsythe. Mrs Alexander, Mrs Routledge, Messrs Peter Stewart, P, Ireland G. Crosby, F, C. Hay,, J. Carman, and the headmaster (Mr L.
