INNOVATION ON TRANSATLANTIC LINER. . (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, August 3. (Received August 4, at 5.5 p.m.) The Board of Governors of. the Stock Exchange has approved of opening rokerage, bn board five transatlantic liners, enabling travellers to buy and sell stocks while at sea. The hoard also gave the De Saint Phalle Company permission to open offices on the liners. The Do France and M. J. Meehati Company has been given similar rights on hoard the Berengaria and Leviathan.— Australian Press Association.
