EXCESSIVE NOISES
MOTOR CARS IN ENGLAND. — r _ PROSECUTION FOR OWNERS. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, August 1. (Received August 2, at 8 p.m.) The order of the Ministry of Transport prohibiting excessive noises from motor oars will come into force to-day. Motor car owners may be prosecuted for having insufficient silencers, screeching brakes, rattling gear boxes, or excessively loud horns.
