Mr Justice Lukin, in the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, granted the application of the timber merchants for an injunction against the alleged timber strikers. His Honor said that the facts of the case admitted no doubt. There was a' strike against the award. ORDERED TO RETURN. MEN ALLOWED UNTIL T^IDAY. SYDNEY, April 24. (Received April 25, at 5.5 p.m.) Mr Justice Lukin, in a mandamus to the timber strikers, orders them to return to work under the conditions of the Full Court’s order, which provides for 48 hours a week. ~ If they disobey they will be cited again, and will be liable to fines of £IOO or three months in gaol. The men have been given till Friday to comply.
