SEVERAL NEW VESSELS. CRUISER TO BE NAMED “ FOCH.” (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, April 10. (Received April 10, at 11.30 p.ni t ) New warships totalling 30,000 tons are being launched from French shipyards in April. They include a 10,000ton cruiser of the Tourville type, which will be named " Foch.” It will be equipped with an aeroplane catapult. Two 15,60-tou ocean-going submarines of the Redoubtable type; of which Prance now has 24 either commissioned or building, will also be launched. They carry 10 torpedo tubes, one 4in and one smaller gun, and have an 18 knots surface speed and 10 knots submerged. They carry a crew of four officers and 57 men.—Times Cable.
