VESSEL’S DEPARTURE DELAYED. (Peb United Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 10. The refusal of firemen to go aboard delayed the sailing of the Port Caroline for Wanganui from 11 p.m. till 1.30 this morning, thus preventing the vessel, which had practically a full load of produce for the United Kingdom, from continuing her loading at Wanganui. Firemen were on the wharf, hut refused to go aboard at sailing time because several had not returned. On sailing three men were still missing.
