THE ALL BLACKS

FOURTH TEST MATCH. BOTH TEAMS SELECTED. NICHOLLS AND LUCAS INCLUDED. NEW ZEALAND’S CHANCES BRIGHTER. (Special to Press Association.) CAPETOWN, August 30. (Received August 30, at 11.45 p.m.) Intense interest is being taken in the fourth test match, and crowds are arriving from all over the Union. There ■was much comment when the teams were announced. The, Springbok team will be as follows: Tindall, Van Niekerk, Rousseau, Van der Westhuizen, Morkel, Bennie Osier, De Villiers, Mostert,. Daneel, Van Druten, Louw, Du Toit, Pretorius, Oliver, Nel. It is a surprise to find new wings— Van Nikerk and Morkel —neither of whom -has played in the other tests. They played against the AH Blacks for the first time last Saturday. It was Morkel who scored Western Province’s only try. The Springbok pack has not been changed. The inside backs are the same as in the third test. ■Tile All Black team will be as follows: FULL-BACK. H. Lilburne (Canterbury, 11.2). THREE-QUARTERS. A. C. C. Robilliard (Canterbury, 11.8). F. W. Lucas (Auckland), 11.6. B. Grenside (Hawke’s Bay, 13.6). FIVE-EIGHTHS. M. F. Nicholls (Wellington), 11.0. L. M. Johnson (Wellington, 12.3). HALF-BACK. W. C. Dailey (Canterbury, 10.10). FORWARDS: R. F. Stewart (South Canterbury, 15.1). J. Swain (Hawke’s Bay, 13.2). S. Hadley (Auckland, 12.6). M. Brownlie (Hawke’s Bay, 14.3). B. Finlayson (North Auckland, 15.4). W. Hazlett (Southland, 14.7). K. G. M‘Williams (Auckland), 14.5. The lock position has not yet been decided. If Harvey is fit enough he will go in ahead of Alley. The local papers flow give the New Zealand team more hope of winning. They contend that, the attack will be considerably livened up with the inclusion of Nicholls and Lucas. It is all a question of getting the ball; If the All Blacks’ forwards can do that Nicholls and Lucas should turn out the match winners.
