JUDGMENT summons.

M. Fleet proceeded against E. Woods for the recovery of £3 6s 6d on a .lodgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant, and an order was made for the payment of the amount due forthwith, with, costs (6s), in default four days’ imprisonment.
