DEFAULT CASES.

Nathaniel Cowie, claim £l 10s, for costs only; National Electrical and Engineering Company v. Leonard Herbert Leary (Oamaru), claim £l3 14s 2d, balance due for goods supplied, with costs (£3 9s): E J. Bryant v. Ernest Hope Vincent and Matthew Leyden, claim £3 4s, balance due on a promissory note. With costs (£1); Electric Sales Agency v. F. C. Sevan, claim £1 16s 6d. for work done and materials supplied, with costs (8s); John Chambers and Son v. Horrell Bros. / Riversdale). claim £193 7s Bd, for goods supplied, with costs (fS 18b 6d). JUDGMENT summons.
M. Fleet proceeded against E. Woods for the recovery of £3 6s 6d on a .lodgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant, and an order was made for the payment of the amount due forthwith, with, costs (6s), in default four days’ imprisonment.
