SEQUEL TO OLDHAM STRIKE. A LOCKOUUT DECLARED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, July 27. As a sequel to the workers at the Ramsey mill at Oldham striking because a fellow-employee refused to join the union, the Master Cotton Spinners’ Federation has declared a lockout from August 11, affecting 200,000 cotton spinners and 300,000 in other industries. —Australian Press Association — United Service.
