ARMS FOR CHINA

ACTION BY UNDERWRITERS. NO BUSINESS ON CONSIGNMENTS. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, July. 26. It was recently stated in the House of Commons that all marine underwriters at Lloyd’s Institute of Londou Underwriters and the Liverpool Underwriters’ Associations had voluntarily agreed not to underwrite consignments of arms for China.
