THE EARL OF BECTIVE
ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, July 8. The Morning Post announces the engagement of Terence, Earl of Bective, to Elsie, widow of Sir Rupert Clarke. — Australian Press Association. The Earl of Bective is the son and heir of the fourth Marquess of Headfort. He is 26 years of age, and is joint managing director of Bective Electricity, Limited.
