OUTHERN UNION GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AUSTRALASIA, LTD. NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DEPOSIT. THE SOUTHERN UNION GENERAL NSURANCE COMPANY OF AUSTRALASIA, LIMITED, has given notice to he Public Trustee, pursuant to the proisions of the Insurance Companies’ Delosits Act, 1921/22: — . . 1. That the Southern Union General Insurance Company of Australasia Limited has sold to the Royal Exchange Assurance Corporation of London all its fir. employers’ liability, and accident insurance business in New Zealand. 2. That the Southern Union Genera! Insurance Company of Australasia Limited has ceased to carry on in New Zealand the business; of fire insurance, employers’ liability insurance, and all other classes of insurance business within the meaning of “ The Insurance Companies Deposits Act, 1921/22.” 3. That the Royal Exchange Assurance Corporation of London has undertaken to accept all liability arising under any policies (except marine) issued by the Southern Union General Insurance Company of Australasia Limited, or under any renewals of such policies. 4.
