GOVERNMENT PROGRAMME APPROVED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, July 6. The Reichstag, by 261 votes to 135, approved of the Government’s programme. The five parties represented in the ’ Cabinet supported the motion, though each declared that it had freedom of action.
