CLAIM FOR £350. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 3. Mr Justice MacGregor delivered his reserved judgment in the Supreme Court in an action by John Burns and Co., Ltd., claiming £350 damages against the Canadian Explorer and the owners of the vessel in respect of damage by rust to coils of wire carried by the vessel from Sydney (Nova Scotia) to A shland. His Honor gave judgment for the defendant company, holding that there was no evidence before the court that the damage was caused by negligence on the part of the master and owners of the ship or by their servants.
